Our independent practice is woman-owned and -operated. We provide a wide range of therapeutic and relaxing massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports and warm stone massage (you can see them all on our Services page). Our enhancements can customize your experience: by including CBD oil you can feel extra relaxed, or perhaps you want the pampering of a foot scrub - we are here to help. We have both male and female therapists, all professionally trained and licensed, to meet your needs. When you are ready to schedule your next appointment, we can be reached by telephone, email or our convenient online scheduler.
Massage therapy is an accepted part of healthcare and wellness; many people are discovering firsthand the extensive physical and mental benefits it can have. Massage has the potential to alleviate, and sometimes even prevent, pain, discomfort and muscle spasms by manipulating the soft tissue of your body - skin and muscles. It can also play a large part in improving mental health by aiding in stress relief and relaxation. To read more information about the various benefits of massage please see our article “Therapeutic Massage and Your Health”.
Please take a few minutes to explore our website; whether you are new to massage or a veteran, you will find we have a lot to offer.
